Our Policies & Gift Card Terms
Most importantly, our goal is to give a wonderful experience while at Sprout and for our guests to be completely happy with the services they received. If you are ever dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within three days of your original appointment and we will either correct or repeat the service for no charge. If at any time you feel like you would be more comfortable or better serviced by another staff member, please let us know. At Sprout Salon & Spa, we work as a team to provide you with the best possible service.
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we do recommend that you reserve your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and service provider. We respectfully request that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, it can cause a domino effect for our guests. Therefore, guests that arrive arrive 10 minuted or later after their scheduled appointment will either have to opt to shorten their salon/spa service and still be responsible for full service fees, or we may have to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. This may result in a possible cancellation charge.
Confirmations are done by email, call, or text up to 2 days prior. We understand that life can be hectic and unpredictable at times. As a courtesy to our guests and team, we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice may result in a charge for half of the scheduled service and charged with the next service. No-shows will require a credit card at the time of rebooking. If a second no-show occurs, we will charge the credit card for the full cost of the service.
We want you to be happy with any product choice and would be happy to exchange any product purchase for store credit or another product that better meets your needs. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and at least 50% (half) full. No returns accepted for makeup, personal blends,
travel size, or discounted products. There are no returns on gift cards or series packages.
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of guests are also parents and look forward to a relaxing experience. A salon can be a risky environment for a curious child and safety is a huge concern as we use chemicals and tools at extremely hot temperatures. As such, all children must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
Pricing/Payments/Gratuities/Pure PrivilegeAll prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, cash, and gift certificates. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. In addition, ask us about the Pure Privilege rewards program. Members earn rewards for all Aveda product purchases.
Gift Cards Terms
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Sprout Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
